Our Fine cooks Lili Maltais et Robin Lessard put varied choices in our 7-course table d’hôte dinner as well as in our à la carte breakfast menu, a healthy fine cuisine with a taste of Charlevoix with the use of local products (Hercule, the 1608 and Fleurmier cheeses, Vergers Pedneault’s liquor wine from Isle-aux-Coudres, jellies, Jams and custom entries chief).
